Usage and Billing
PurpleCallio uses participant-minutes: each participant's time in a call is measured. For example, two participants in a ten-minute call use twenty participant-minutes.
What is included
The current free allowance and media rates are shown on the pricing page and in the product. Billing begins only for usage beyond the applicable free allowance.
Track usage
Use the dashboard to review usage and invoices. Audio, video, and screen sharing each appear as separate usage categories.

Authoritative pricing
PurpleCallio uses participant-minute billing. Audio, video, and screen sharing are tracked separately. Screen sharing is billed as its own usage category and is not automatically added as a surcharge to video minutes.
